A crossover gluten free IPA with juicy and dank Amarillo, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin providing contrast to the bitter and resinous ‘West Coast’ hit of Simcoe and CTZ. Produced with Brewer’s Clarex this has all the flavour yet no gluten! Now tell me, what’s my gluten kill’n name? Cereal Killa, Cereal Killa, Cereal Killa!

L: Hazy gold colour, thick & creamy white head leaves sheets of lacing.
S: Grapefruit & tropical fruit.
T: Dry, spicy hops with a hefty wedge of semi-sweet, ripe mango. Bitterness builds & builds but avoids hop burn
F: Medium body with a satisfyingly weighty mouthfeel. Rich and smooth. Very dry finish.
O: A good, authentic-tasting West Coast IPA from Yorkshire, England. If I had gluten intolerance, this would def be in my list.
