Copenhagen 22/8 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Vigerselv Allé, Frb. F. White can with a cab stuck somewhere in time.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin and patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a mild sweet and fruity odor mingling with tart, citric notes. Sweet peach and mango. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Silken and with a nice bitter aftertaste.

440ml can.
L: Cloudy, pale yellow with two fingers of creamy, white head.
S: Pineapple & citrus.
T: Yellow grapefruit, lemon pith & dusty yeast. Long, dry finish.
F: Medium body, light carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, good level of acidity curls the tongue.
O: Excellent thirst quencher. Sharp & refreshing. Dry hopping adds an unusual, slightly sour-tasting bitterness. Very good.
