Half at the Wolf. Black pour, wispy beige head. Aroma is a rich mix of licorice and ginger and maple, all individually detectable. Taste is also a melange of savory and sweet, gingery spiciness followed by maple sweetness. The tonka acts as a catalyst to bring the other adjuncts out and flourish in their own ways. Sipper.
