Brewed and released just once a year, each Barrel Aged Empress Tonkoko release spends at least 12 months in a unique selection of Bourbon barrels. This year Barton 1792 was selected for its spicy and rye-richness to add oak depth to an already deeply decadent beer. Look out for the other Wild Turkey barrel aged version which is a big favourite of ours!
