Copenhagen 14/12 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Can in Brew York's usual design with a white background with blue paint strokes giving the impression of shimmering water.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as a thin, transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruits mingling with a tart citric scent. Sweet peach and mango. Tart tangerine and lemon.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent, fruity Pale Ale.
