Copenhagen 14/1 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Yellow can with small hop flowers in different colors.
Pours unclear pale yellow with a big white head. Stable and fluffy. Settles s a 3 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruits mingling with a bit of zesty citrus fruit. Sweet peach and apricot. Lemon and lime
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness flowed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thin and watery. Tart and bitter Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine nose but a bit thin in flavor.
