Pours slightly unclear golden amber with a big white head Settles as uneven and lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a rich sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a more subtle scent of citrus fruit. Ripe peach and pineapple. Lime and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A bit flat for a beer named after Axel Foley.
