Introducing It’s Showtime, a pastry sour that’s bursting with bold flavours. Juicy red grapes and tangy raspberries take centre stage, while a smooth vanilla finish leaves a hauntingly sweet impression.

440 ml can, from Left Field Beer, England. ABV is 6.0%. "Dirty" dark purple colour, moderate to small off-white head. Distinct aroma of crushed red grapes and raspberries as expected, also notes of blueberries and blackcurrants. The flavour is moderately sour and not very sweet, with the same fruits / berries, a hint of vanilla. Dull finish, low bitterness.

Copenhagen 14/2 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade. Kbh. S. Black and purple can with a dark apartment by night.
Pours opaque murky dark maroon with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Disappears after 10 seconds leaving on smal poodles of foam behind. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a rather strong odor of sweet berries and vanilla mingling with a more subdued tart scent. Raspberries and currants. Vanilla with a touch of Ice Cream. Whiff of unripe berries and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation Slightly thick, oily, a little sticky, soft yet lightly tinging texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a lighter tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Quite pastry and not very sour.
