Copenhagen 14/3 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Pink can with yellow hop cones. Colorful.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles aa a thing layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits soon overpowered by a sharp citric scent Peach and Apricot. Grapefruit and Citrus. Tart.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sourishly bitter and a tad thin Finish is watery.
Nice nose but thin in flavor.
