Marielyst 12/10 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Purple can with red hop flowers. Immensely colorful.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - pale yellowcwithba big white head. Stable. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with citrus fruit. Peach and Apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Whiff of resin.
Light carbonation. ‘Thin, oily, Soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is tart, sourish and bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Intense and flavorful despite a modest ABV.
