Copenhagen 22/9 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Vigerslev Allé, Valby. Pink can with bingo balls and a very pink Flamingo.
Pours hazy unclear light pink with a big fluffy white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet and a bit sugary odor of ripe berries. Hints of tart sourness- Currants and raspberries. Lemon. Whiff of sour cheese.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, soft, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sur with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Quite well-balanced sour brew.
