Collaboration with Nerdbrewing.
As part of our Show Stopper mini-series, we partnered with Swedish legends NERD Brewing to create an imperial milk stout based on a classic rum and raisin sundae.
After 12 months of barrel ageing in Plantation Rum barrels, BA Rum Sundae now imparts flavours of rich oak as well as warm molasses and rich burnt sugars.

Copenhagen 24/8 2024. 33 cl can from Meny, Vigerslev Allé, Valby. Black can with a golden pattern and a golden orange stripe.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized beige head. Stable. Settles as a thin unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong sugary and boozy odor. Brown sugar, raisins, vanilla and molasses. Dark, sweet Rum. Wood.
Low carbonation. Thick, oily, viscous, soft, smooth, fat and flat texture. A little sticky.
Flavor is intense with a heavy sugary sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a strong touch of Dark rum. Lingering. Finish is rich and boozy.
Solid and warming sweet Boozer.
