Welcome to Duality, our cask-exclusive pale ale series where we pair two carefully selected hops to unlock an exciting world of flavour combinations. In this version, Citra and Strata hops combine to deliver a vibrant blend of citrus zest, ripe passionfruit, and dank strawberry notes, underpinned by a subtle herbal complexity. Copenhagen 1/10 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Pink can with a couple of big red hop flowers. Citra and Strata I presume.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light odor of ripe stone fruits milling with a strong scent of citrus fruit. Tart and a bit sharp and acerbic.
Rather strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit, Finish is semi-dry.
Refreshing and easy to drink.
