Natalie Porterman is a bold porter taking centre stage. Inspired by Natalie Portman’s iconic role in Black Swan, this beer balances elegance with intensity.
Expect rich, roasty flavours with layers of coffee, dark chocolate, and a smooth, lingering finish. Dark, dramatic, and effortlessly captivating – this is a porter that truly steals the spotlight.

Copenhagen 30/12 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Can in Brew York's usual design with a black and a white swan and two matching girls straight out of Darren Aronofsky's movie.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized off-white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick lyer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet and roasted odor mingling with a light scent of bitter dark chocolate.. Dark roasted malts, caramel and toffee. Brown sugar. Singed. Cocoa and dark chocolate.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Nice bitter take om an a English Porter
