Slay Queen is a bold, uncompromising West Coast IPA, brewed to celebrate International Women’s Day 2026.
Packed with punchy pine, citrus and resinous hops, this beer is all about clarity, confidence and attitude — no haze, no nonsense. Inspired by Buffy the Vampire Slayer, it’s a tribute to strength, independence and taking on the darkness head-on (stake optional).
Hops: Amarillo, Centennial, Chinook & Simcoe.

Copenhagen 12/5 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Red can with a femme fatale wielding a sharp knife.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized frothy white head. Settles as a thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of orange and peach mingling with a sharp citric scent. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a quite strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little rough. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Brew Yorks beer for the International Women's day 2026 is a bitter affair. Might be appropriate.
