Oh Snap is a decadent imperial stout brewed in collaboration with BrewDog Manchester for Collabfest, inspired by the timeless indulgence of brandy snap and cream.
Golden ginger spice curls through smooth vanilla and silken cream, all wrapped around a deep, roasted malt backbone. Bold, warming, and unapologetically indulgent, this stout is a dessert in a glass — a toast to tradition with a boozy kick that lingers long after the last sip.

Copenhagen 13/5 2026. 33 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Can in Brew Yorks usual design with some pastry rolls with cream as motif.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, sugary and boozy odor mingling with a sourish scent. Ginger and mint peeking in. Brown sugar and dark malts. Sweet liqueur. Whiff of sour milk.
Light carbonation. Thick. oily, soft, viscous, creamy, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sugary sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a boozy undertone. Lingering. Finish Is semi-dry and a bit heavy.
"Heavy as a really heavy thing". And overwhelmingly sweet.
