Stopped by the new brewery today for a 32 oz jug of this stuff. Pleasant and quaffable. Such a warm and wheaty flavor, it tastes like toasted Malt-O-Meal cereal. Rich tasting like a Saison, but without the yeasty funk. This is more malty and even sweet. There is just a hint of the dry finish of the usual Belgian yeast action. Lots of foam and dark amber color.

Served in shaker pint glass. Poured a lightly hazy medium-dark gold color with less than 1/4 inch of off-white head that quickly dissipated, and left no lacing.
The aroma was subdued, but featured the expected earthy grains, and yeasty spice often found in the style. Pretty similar on the tongue, just a bit bolder and better defined. The body was full, and smooth, with a somewhat sweet finish. Drinkability was good, especially if you like the style.
Overall, a pretty good first attempt from a new brewery. Worth a shot if you swing by the brewery.
