Served in straight pint glass. Poured a clean, clear medium golden honey color, with about 1/4 inch of off-white head that had low retention and very light lace.
There was a light malt scent, and, for a beer featuring both Simcoe and Mosaic hops, a surprisingly mellow hop aroma. The taste profile was nearly identical. Again, surprisingly subdued given the hops.
The beer was medium bodied, and finished nicely dry. Drinkability was good, the beer was quickly gone, with another ordered next. Overall, a solidl, nice brew. Worth trying if you get the chance.
