Served in straight pint glass. Poured clean, clear light gold color, with just a thin cap of white head that had no retention or lacing.
Not surprisingly for a FH brew, the grain base in the aroma was very light, while the 5 varieties of hops were the highlight.
Same on the tongue, mild malts with a bold blast of hops.
The beer had a medium body, was crisp, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, a couple pints slid right down the first day, and I've returned for more since. Overall, A nice brew, certainly worth your time if you see it.
