Served in shaker pint. Poured a solidly murky orange color, with a half-inch of white head that had moderate retention and lacing.
There was no grain or malt in the aroma, just a butt-load of fruity hops.
The taste was the same, mostly orange, with a bit of other citrusy bitterness at the back. The beer did taste like a Creamsicle.
The body was the expected typically thin of the style, but that kick of bitterness gave it a drier than typical finish.
Drinkability was fine, my pint went down easily enough, and I'd consider getting it again.
Overall, a decent example of the style, and that kick of bitterness gives it a bit more personality. If you like the the style, you'll like this.
