Served in shaker pint. Poured a clean, clear light gold color with 1/4 inch of white head that low retention and lacing.
The aroma had lightly grassy malts at the front, with a touch of biscuit, and some floral hops as contrast.
The flavor profile was very similar, with the biscuity aspect being stronger than in the aroma, and the grassiness less so. The hops were much brighter, and there was an interesting bit of bitterness at the back end.
The body was light, crisp, smooth, and had a nicely dry finish.
Drinkability was very nice, I foresee drinking more of these.
Overall, a very nice little brew, certainly worth a shot if you see it.
