Served in 16oz can glass. Poured a clean, clear very dark brown (almost light black) color with a quarter-inch of tan head that had moderate retention and lacing.
The aroma was dominated by sweet malts, but had some light floral hops in the background.
Same on the tongue, with the addition of a very light touch of roast on the finish.
The body was smooth and even, with a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was very good, I will be drinking a few more while it's around.
Overall, a solid and enjoyable brew. Worth a shot if you see it.
