Served in 16oz can glass. Poured a clean, clear honey gold color with less than a quarter-inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.
The aroma was mostly the fruity Nelson hops the beer is named for, with just a light bit of grain in the background.
Pretty much the same on the tongue; hop-forward, but not over the top or brash.
The body was medium, smooth, even, and had a semi-dry finish.
Drinkability was very nice, an easy quaff for sure.
Overall, a pretty nice brew. Certainly worth grabbing if you see it.
