Hive Mind Pale Ale

Hive Mind is an American pale ale brewed in collaboration with our friends down the street at the Woodinville Cut Shop. They were looking for a hop-forward beer to add to their lineup that pops like a West Coast IPA but with a more restrained ABV and bitterness.
We put our heads together and came up with a hoppy pale ale recipe built around Eureka hops. Eureka is an often-overlooked hop from Hopsteiner in Yakima, with some really cool, dark fruit notes. Paired here with Mosaic and Comet, we get a meteoric ride from tangerine to apricot to plum to black currant to pine.
