Our tenth entry in the Apian series, Apian X leads with Cashmere hops, developed at the WSU breeding program. Cashmere's unique but familiar layers of citrus, melon and cedar say NW IPA like no other hop. We pair them here with Elani, a variety discovered growing wild in the mountains of northern Idaho that brings its own melon and stonefruit character to the party.
