On draft at Happy Basset. Poured a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, fizzy, white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of crackers, bread, toffee and floral notes. Sweet caramel and biscuity malt taste with a mild bitterness.
