Smooth, full-bodied and subtle sweetness, with hints of cocoa, coffee, and toasted bread. Hopped with traditional Czech Saaz, which bring balanced, herbal, earthy notes.

16 ounce single from Liquor Warehouse in Vernon, BC. No canning date.
Pours a clear dark brown with a ruby hue - finger and a half of creamy, bubbly tan head.
Nose is malty, bready - pumpernickel toast; some earthy hops with roasty coffee.
Toasty malt on the palate, rye bread, hints of cocoa and some roasty coffee with an earthy gentle hop bitterness.
Creamy medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation and a lingering bready and earthy bittersweetness.
Very easy drinking - delicious.
