On tap. Grassy, floral, zesty. Crisp and clean. Light bitterness. Bready and biscuity. Very enjoyable.

The Birrificio Elvo is located in Graglia (Biella, Piemonte, ITA), 8.3 km from the Elvo Valley, famous for its splendid nature, clean air and for the purity of the waters of the sources of the Elvo stream.
Then mountain spring water is used: very pure and very light (scientifically even more than that of Pilsen in the Czech Republic, where the Pilsner style was born) which certainly guarantees a decisive and recognizable contribution in "classic" beers such as Pils. .
On the nose malty notes and herbaceous tip.
Straw yellow color, clean, completely transparent (thanks to the over 40 days of maturation).
Soft and abundant foam that forms a nice hat on top of the beer.
In the mouth the diseased part prevails which gives sensations of cereals, bread crust, durum wheat, but also reflections of Millefiori honey.
On the final spicy, slightly fruity tip given by the Mittelfruh hops.
Dry finish, not bitter, zero astringent: simply dry, which cleans the tongue and palate thanks to the Tettnager hops, which brings that herbaceous note that, precisely, "dry" the malt taste that characterizes the beer.
For my idea, it looks more like a Bohemian Pilsner because of the spicy and resinous undertones, but in any case, great job: all very balanced
