Pint can pours a deep black-brown with a small amount of dark tan head that fades to an island in the center of the beer. Smell is of cola and malts with a slight vanilla note. Flavor is typical of a porter, strong on the roasted malts, with a smooth flavor that also has cherry and vanilla notes. Mouthfeel is soft with moderate carbonation and a medium body. Good beer, but nothing spectacular.
