Pours a clear straw color with a finger of stark white head. Bubbles fizz up through the glass with a circadian rhythm. Aroma is tart blackberry, pilsner malts, wheat and yeast. Flavor profile carries bread and biscuit malts alongside tart blackberry and yeast. Mouth feel is dry and crisp. Overall, refreshing, with a light touch of blackberry fruit making for a wonderful beer for the heat.
