Nice light amber colored body under a somewhat vibrant white head that settles to a fizz layer and modest curtain of lacing. Nose is pretty juicy, kind of reminiscent of the orange spice jelly bean, which is a theme that carries over to the taste. So upon hitting the tongue we have that aforementioned orange spice and hints of melon but it’s followed up sharply by bit of thick, biscuity malt. Exits out with a nice bitter. Feel begins fairly thick but manages to thin out upon exit. Throughout the entire experience a sticky sweetness persists and carries over through to the aftertaste as the bitterness you think will stick around is battled off by the sweet

It is difficult to read some of the numbers, but it appears to say, on the bottom of the can: "CANNED ON 12202018 1706"
There is a white block with "BREWED ON" above it on the can label but there is no marking.
Appearance: The beer is a hazy copper with a medium-sized fluffy white head. Good retention and lacing.
Aroma: It has a moderate presence of mango with just a touch of peach while the nose approaches or departs the glass.
Taste: It has a bit of a rye grain and wheat flour taste. There is a light bit of spruce towards the middle and end of the sip.
Mouthfeel: It has a medium-light body with light carbonation and average bitterness.
Overall: It's a decent "middle of the road" type of IPA. It has some grain flavor and a bit of a spruce-like character which balance each out. It's worth drinking but not something to rush out and get. I probably wouldn't pick it up regularly but I'd drink it again.

Dank and grapefruit heavy hopping work with a bready, crackery but not caramelly or heavy malt base to deliver a well-integrated beer. Delicious orange, lime, grapefruit with lighter berry and melon in the hopping makes me think Columbus, Citra, and Mosaic are the big players. Great job KS. Will be looking for Headspace now.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a pint glass. Had a golden-amber color and a clear consistency. There was a 3/4", foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Fantastic lacing.
S: A good aroma of hops, pine, citrus, sweet malt, and an herbal quality.
T: Tasted of a tinge of the herbal quality (hard to pinpoint what it is), a decent shot of hops, some sweet malt in the finish, a bit of citrus (orange, lemon), and a bit of pine. On the whole a solid flavor. It seems to get better as you go along, with the flavors emerging slowly. A well-balanced taste.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a somewhat slick finish. Medium-bodied.
O: While Spacehead is nothing groundbreaking, it is well made and tasty. Drinkable.

From a week-old can, pours a very clear orange-gold. A finger of foam leaves attractive lacing. Smell is initially oranges, which gives way to more earthy, spicy herbs. Taste is similar, combining some fruitiness with more spicy, piney, herbal flavors. Mild bitterness. Nice medium-minus feel. Overall, a solid, if traditional, IPA. Doesn't really break new ground, but it is tasty and well made.

The yin to the yang of Headspace, heavier on the mosaic instead of the citra. I think it brightens it a bit, enjoy both, like this a bit better, recommended
