A good session Pale Ale. Poured from a 16 oz bottle into a pint glass, this beer has a very hazy apple cider yellowish color (deeper than straw yellow). Medium sized white head with good retention and lots of lacing on the glass. Aroma and taste feature grapefruit and mild bitterness. Tasty but not real strong flavor. Mouthfeel is crisp and mildly bitter. A good beer with dinner and wold make a solid session beer.

5oz: clear golden, great lacing; herbal/catty, light toast; light malt, herbal, catty, citrusy; little bitter leaning; little too catty for me.
