L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a bright yellow color and an extremely cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Average lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of hops, tropical fruit, pine, malt, and citrus fruit.
T: Tasted of a bit of malt (mainly in the finish; not a major factor), some pine notes (just enough to make things interesting), a good shot of hops (not overdone, but certainly present), a bit of citrus fruit (orange, in particular), and some tropical fruit (mango, especially). This is an incredibly well-balanced, focused and likable flavor. Pretty tasty.
F:A decent amount of carbonation with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: On the whole, a solidly done, easy to drink DIPA. Worth a try.
