A light top-fermented beer with a cream-colored head and a dense, creamy consistency. It has a slight sweetness and a distinct aroma of fruit, flowers, lemon and hops.
Very low hop bitterness.

Copenhagen 10/5 2017. 50 cl bottle from Irma. The usual medieval Gavnø design - this time in white.
Pours hazy golden yellow with big dense white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of creamy foam. No Lacing to speak of.
Aroma is quite sweet and fruity. Peach, oranges and hints of banana. And something chemical - like the glue you use for assembling a model airplane.
Light carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is fairly sweet. Followed by sharp sourness. Aftertaste is chemically sweet and rather unpleasant. Rather special tang.
Not a great wheat beer - but it’s certainly strange.
