Copenhagen 2/12 2015. 50 cl bottle from Irma. A lot of heraldic lions and Bulls and hybrids of these on the label.
Pours hazy orange with a small white head which disappears almost immediately.
Aroma of fruit. Citrus, slightly fermented Apples and blackcurrant.
Medium strong carbonation and a bit thick palate.
Flavor is a little watery. Fruity. Peach and orange. More sour than bitter aftertaste. Lemon and some sweet fruit.
I usually think of buckthorn, honey and ants when anybody mentions "New Nordic". So in that regard this New Nordic beer is a pleasant surprise.
