No clue what a pomelo fruit is but it's certainly delicious as the foundation of this juicy IPA from Scofflaw. These guys can't put out a bad beer.
Lots of fresh citrus in the nose, slightly tart flavor, smooth on the pallet, and refreshing finish. For those familiar with Tropicalia this is a close cousin.
