A: poured from a 12 oz can into a pint glass, orange with a huge foamy white head that lingers leaving good lacing, hazy
S: heavy on orange citrus, sweet, tangerine
T: very sweet up front with a big hit of orange, orange flavor holds throughout with vanilla coming out in the middle, honey, finish is bitter citrus
M: creamy
O: alcohol is hidden nicely behind the sweet flavors

Just a delightful beer. Wonderful creamy IPA with a perfect hit of hops and a dose of orange that blends beautifully with the bitterness of the hops. Such a full and smooth mouthfeel. It's even brewed with goat's milk which is very cool and makes it easier to digest for those with issues with lactose. Great beer!

Never in my life would I have ever had a creamsicle IPA, let alone a “Goats Milk” IPA. But for the record, because Scofflaw brewed it I had to try it. I was not in the least disappointed. IPA? Yes! 100% IPA. Creamsicle? Yes! 90% creamsicle! Goats milk? OMG, Scofflaw even captured the “ Goats Milk” in an IPA! You will love this one. Try it. You’ll like it! It’s a world class beer!

Appearance: Arrives clear and amber colored with a perky head that leaves a nice pattern of lace
Smell: Orange and vanilla tones waft
Taste: The orange flavor flavor juts forward with the lactose and vanilla creating a modest creamsicle effect; through the middle, there is a good amount of pithy bitterness but the vanilla sneaks back in at the very end
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: This gets reasonably close to creating the creamsicle impact but there was more bitterness in the finish than I expected
