This was a great surprise. We bought this based on increased chatter about this brewery.
Deep dark caramel look with almost black tinged head. Incredible and complex aroma. Powerful mouthfeel. Multi-textured taste that draws you in every taste. This beer is experienced best with a sherry glass in small pours and sipping with intent.
We are planning a brewery visit and a more methodical run through their offerings.
