Dank Williams. A take-off on country music great Hank WIlliams and "dank" NE IPA's. A popular pun, other breweries have used it before. This beer is a collaboration by Sycamore Brewing/Scofflaw Brewing. Comes in a 16 oz can, I poured the contents into a pint glass. This beer is a hazy straw yellow color with a big foamy white head. Good head retention and a few thick foamy bands of lacing around half the glass. Aroma and taste are mostly grapefruit and moderate bitterness. The 'dank" earthy NE IPA aspect is here too. A pretty tasty beer!!!! Mouthfeel is rich enough, mildly bitter, with no hint of alcohol. I've had a lot of NE IPA's recently and this one is pretty representative of the style. Not bad!!!! Well worth a try!!!!
