Look: Slightly hazy medium golden colour. Pours with a large two finger frothy white head. After 5 minutes the head has disapated around the sides of the glass leaving some lacing, but with an island of head holding out in the middle of the glass.
Smell: Grassy, with hints of sweet biscuits. Delicate notes of chamomille tea and flowers.
Taste: Tonic water on the front end. Earthly malts into the middle with a tonic water tang reasserting it's self at the end. Slightly medicinal and metalic quality.
Feel: Light to medium bodied. The tastes stimulate the back and sides of the tongue more than anywhere else.
I think this could have used a bit more sweetness to smooth out the sharp tonic water qualities. It is an interesting flavour profile. This earns a strong B-.

473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. LCBO purchase for $3.25 CDN. Listed at 4.6% ABV for this version. Review from notes
Appearance - Fairly pale golden brew, minorly hazy. Lots of bubbles and a two finger cap of white head looks good.
Smell - Leafy and even weedy with lots of perfumey and flower bits. Surprisingly intense aromatics that are distinguishable and pleasant.
Taste - Here the leafy and weedy bits fade, some general crackery grain although the perfumey floral bits make its way here, there's a tea-like quality to the flavor here; it's unusual and distinctive and not unpleasant but hinders the flavor in a way that crushing four of these isn't easy.
Mouthfeel - medium-light boded, a bit chalky to drink.
Overall - Pretty good local pilsner with some distinctive qualities. Might not be quite to style with aggressive hopping and unusual flavors, but I liked it well enough.

Can - pours a lightly hazed pale straw color with a 1 finger tight white cap that laces...aroma is light with hints of grain and spice/herbs....sharp mouth feel, dry hoppy character....flavor has dusty bisquit malts in front which are washed away by sharp bittering mid palate....clean, dry hoppy finish with a good hop bite at the end....somewhere between Javer and Urquel in the Pilsner scale....decent brew
