A brewery in a strip mall/shopping center with tons of parking. The staff are great as are the brewers who often will be behind the bar serving beers. Wide variety from barrel aged stouts to lighter sours and IPAs. Lots of indoor seating, seating at the bar, and a back outside patio. Cans and bottles to go. I should visit mow often.

This place is hands down the best place for spurs in the Tampa Bay Area!! They have a large selection and fun events year round. Inside and outside seating. Staff is very nice. Only downfall is it’s in Largo but worth the drive.

Located in a strip mall, kind of unassuming, but what a cool joint. Helpful and attentive staff, huge L shaped bar and plenty of high top and booth seating.
Plenty of those sours you crave and IPAs you have to get. On tap and to go beers.
Outdoor picnic table seating and a stage for bands underneath a huge tree.
They are always brewing some new one off and rotating selections.
A drive from where I live, but definitely want to go back soon!

This is probably my favourite spot in the whole Tampa Bay area! It doesn't look super promising from the outside but OTH it's located in a retail strip on a main drag so parking is ample and easy. Inside is equally large and accommodating with a wide spectrum of patron types from families, old farts such as myself, and a spattering of douchey hipsters. Staff has been friendly and helpful IME. There's a large outdoor area around the side/back where unpredictable food trucks may or may not show up - so put something in your belly before you get there. Emphasis is on crazy-ass sours but there's an array of more sane styles all of which have, again IME, been improbably well executed. It's someplace that I could (actually have) easily piss away an entire afternoon. Good assortment of cans and bottles to go. A slight ding to Vibe for an excess of rambumctious, minimally supervised children and large dogs blocking the traffic-ways but otherwise hugely recommended.

Located in middle of shopping area so lots of parking and plenty of space inside both at bar and at tables. About 20 beers of their own on tap with a diverse ray of styles and I remember that the beers I had were quite delicious. It was a rainy Saturday evening so place wasn't crowded and had a low-key vibe but get feeling that this place can get packed. Definitely worth checking out and I'll try to make it back as soon as I can.

Sits off the hwy and in the back of a strip mall, plenty of parking. Have to say this was my favorite brewery of the 5 i visited. Walking in you see an L shaped bar with lots of perimeter seating. They have a hugh chalkboard with 2 dozen plus taps, with a smaller board of whats up next. they have a visible open small batch brewery to the right with 2 tanks and 6 or so barrels, i was very impressed with the amount of taps available to the size of the production room they also just started to do canning batches that sell out quickly. (no distro) I was impressed with the amount of sour ,wild ales many infused. Also stouts and porters BA and infused, half dozen or so IPA/DIPA. Had a swag wall and growlers to go. We opted for the (4) flight that were large servings. I could have stayed here for hours but this was our last stop of the day. The berliners were perfectly done, the stouts and porters infused with cocoa,,coffee and hazelnut so good, lastly i had a NEIPA again nicely done. This brewery is boss and is a must visit,i was very impressed.

Great selection, light dark and sour beer. Dog friendly environment, canned and bottled beer to go and food trucks. Art on the walls and swag for sale. Very popular spot with the locals.

They have an average variety of beers but their main focus is playing with flavors in their sours, which I love. If you find something you like, be sure to get some to go. They work in small batches and are always changing things up.

Arkane was my third stop in the Tampa/St. Pete area on a recent vacation to Florida - and, honestly, I wasn't at all tempted to leave. I wanted to stick around and try the remaining taps! And note... there are a LOT of taps. A friend and I each got a flight - and the pours in a flight are exceptionally generous (6oz?). We shared our flights, getting us both quite thoroughly drunkER (after a visit to Cycle and Green Bench) - but everything was quite distinct and delicious (even with moderate palate fatigue). The sours are the high point - I believe we shared at least seven sours and all were fantastic.
I also dig the metal aesthetic to the glassware and clothing. I bought both a glass and a shirt and will rep them quite happily.
Service was great. Parking is easy, though I wish this place was closer to other breweries. Even given that, it was my #1 brewery and experience in the area on my vacation. The beer was fantastic - I wish we had a sour-focused brewery of this caliber near me in Minnesota!

Arkane would literally be the best brewery in my local area in Indiana but I feel like they're an unsung hero in the Largo/St. Pete/Tampa area. The tap room has plenty of room and they have a nice space outside as well. The brewing equipment is right in the tap room, and the tanks are small, so it's very impressive that they're able to have about twenty of their own beers on draft at once. Their draft list was incredibly innovative with plenty of sour, hoppy, and malty options. They don't have their own kitchen so have a rotating schedule of top notch food trucks. Out of all of the big name breweries in the Largo/St. Pete/Tampa area this may be the best one to visit.

We stopped here to check out the place and try their beers. The pub is located in a strip shopping mall along a busy street. There is plenty of parking. The interior was somewhat dark at night, but that's okay with me. The long, L-shaped bar is right inside the front door, and a series of chalk boards on the upper wall behind the bar tells you everything you need to know about the place. There are plenty of picnic tables and other tables for seating a crowd. The brewing equipment was visible at the rear. It wasn't busy on a Saturday evening, so we chose seats at the bar.
There were 20 beers on tap plus a cider so we chose two sampler flights of 4 each to try as many of the beers that we could. There is a nice selection, including our first exposure to drinking a grizette. All of the beers were brewed very well to their respective style, and we gave them an overall B average score. The most notable beer was the Citra Shocka, but I'm a lover of the citra hop.
There is no food served here, but a schedule on the chalkboard shows that a different food truck is on site every day. Crowlers and growlers are available for beer to go, and I noted some bottles of wine, so that beverage is available for the non beer lovers. I saw barrels, so I assume there may be a barrel-aged program, but none were on tap where we were there. The beers here are good enough that they should be drawing a crowd. I'll come back when in the area again.

Amazing place in Largo! Happened to stop by the Sunday after Thanksgiving and we were the only ones in there but beer was amazing. Sours were fantastic, especially the one with cinnamon in it. The vibe was incredible as you could look at the barrels that were aging, play board games, and they had an outside patio with a stage that looked like it was set up for bands. The bartender, who also a co-owner, was a friendly and knowledgeable.

20 different brews on tap organized by mouthfeel mostly. Wine, cider, and mead are also available. You will not want for liquids. The ABVs are mostly under 6 % so sessioning is easy.
The staff is super friendly and really knows their beer.

Visited on a busy Saturday and was very impressed by every aspect of this brewery. The best part was there focus on sours. They are some of the best i have ever tried. They are putting FLORIDA WEISSE style on the map.

This quick stop turned into a long and awesome morning and afternoon, thanks to the quality of service, chill but nice atmosphere, and killer tap list.
Apparently this place was just built up, even though they'd mentioned having been in the brewing scene for around 13 years. The set up they chose is really awesome, with a nice long L-shaped bar and a huge tap wall with a really long blackboard menu. The only downside is for those on the short end of the L- that aren't in the middle of the action and have a smaller wall to look at. Brewing equipment is out in the open right at the end of the bar, there are large picnic tables inside, and an outdoor seating area as well.
The owners were pouring for Tampa Bay Beer Week hangover day, and with a great and welcoming attitude. They were grateful for us showing up after such a wild week, so much so they ordered a stack of pizzas for any and all to enjoy. Beers came out fast and furious, and damn was it worthwhile.
The tap list is astonishing, running the gamut of styles, but showcasing the "Florida Weisse" in all its glory. We had at least 20 beers while we were here, and were thankful to be able to take it slow, because we were wowed by a good number of them. The sour Saisons were the stars of the day, especially the Disco Bloodbath, but rarely could you go wrong with anything on the board. These guys know what they are doing, and have had a lot of experience working with other big name breweries, so watch out!
