32 oz. growler poured into a snifter. This is Mandala Double IPA with citrus.
Appearance - Hazy bright orange body. Nice white head. Medium collar. Wispy surface.
Smell - Citrus. Orange peel. Not as grapefruity, but has the acidity of grapefruit. Slightly musty. Cracker malt.
Taste - Primarily citrus. Intense orange flavor. Not a sweet orange flavor, though. Very distinct from a citrus hop flavor. Grainy cracker malt. Bitter pithy finish.
Mouthfeel - Bitter, medium carbonation. Well carbonated.
Overall - Really nice. Good IPA and a good use of adjuncts.
