The aroma and taste are both loaded with mango and guava, giving that tropical sweetness. Lightly hopped underneath adds a bit of bitterness. Slightly sweet malt on a dry finish. Not your typical IPA, as it's more fruity sweet and hoppy, but I enjoyed it

 

 

 

 

Hazy yellow color with nice head retention. Smell is a bit muted but I get slightly rotten fruit and little malt. Taste is yes, guava and overly ripe fruit but not sweet at all. Supper pithy bitter grapefruit finish that lingers forever. I like the bitter finish but it gets exhausting after a while. Not bad but a better collab from two great brewers was expected. In the end, collaborations tend to disappoint and this is no different.

Had this Jackie O's & Fat Head's collaboration beer on draft. Definitely missed the guava on this and was a bit over the top on the bitterness. A miss for me from two breweries that are absolutely outstanding.

 

 

 

On tap in chalice. No head. Super hazy. Over the top bitter and funk. This collaboration between two great breweries just didn't end well. Mango and guava nowhere to be found. No fruitiness in the nose or palate.

 

 

Poured from a <1 hour old growler into an IPA glass. Appears a very hazy, bright orange with a sudsy white head. The nose is fruity, with a decent touch of hops. The taste has a hint of the guava, and is very bitter with almost no actual flavor from the hops coming through. The bitterness also lingers. The feel is slightly sticky. Overall, it's a decent one-off IPA, but doesn't blow me away.

 

 

Had this on tap taste like a few of my home brews which is not a bad thing tons of hops and flavor fruity and smells great looks like a mixed drink like sex on the beach but drinks like a beer

Guava on the nose. Bitter hangs on the pallet way too long.
