Slightly hazy reddish-pink with a minimal, white fizzy film.
Taste is really delicious and quaffable--tart and juicy pomegranate-strawberry with a little salt and lemon and a touch of shortbread. This is all helped along by a really frothy but crisp and bouncy body with a semi-dry to dry finish.
Smell has a little buttery biscuit with seedy pomegranate and an almost cucumber-water refreshment that betrays the flavor barrage you get on the palate.
