Collaboration with Side Project Brewing
A conscious and meaningful brewing effort between friends and lovers of barrel aged beers; formulated as a blend of our signature barrel aged stouts, we both selected techniques and ingredients that pushed both our skill sets. The resulting beer rested for 14 months in fresh bourbon barrels. Inky, warm., dark, and extravagant, swallowing you into a deep abyss of liquid love.

On draft at Jackie O's on 4th in Columbus - nice rich chocolate flavor - wish they hadn't been serving this so cold, but it was far better as it warmed. Black with a slight brown head - great barrel but very balanced - you can taste the SP influence in this beer. Chewy finish. Very very solid BA stout.
