Collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing
Inspired by a mind blowing dessert by a Nordic eatery that popped up in the middle of the Mexican jungle. Brewed with honey, aged in bourbon barrels, and conditioned on Mexican cacao nibs, vanilla beans, pasilla chilies, and orange peel. Conditioned on coffee after barrel aging. In collaboration with our friends at Evil Twin Brewing.

Glossy black with a moderate tan foam settling slowly to a dense blanket and then a thin uneven collar.
It has a nutty oaky aroma, where mocha supplants all else but for a hint of maple.
Taste too is mocha and hot bourbon with a charred oak and dark fruit exhale.
Body is moderately thin with a crackly carb and a hot swallow finishing semi-sticky and semi-dry.
Coffee adds a new dimension, but muddles out the other unique flavors I got from the non-coffee version. A good ba coffee stout on it's own, but altogether not the same stout as the Jungle without coffee.
