Over the course of 3 months, Perpetum naturally becomes tart and full of character. A unique solera method, created using a proprietary yeast blend, ensures consistency and perpetual motion. Inspired by traditional Berliner Weisse style ales from northern Germany, cherries and vanilla beans bring spirited balance to our bright and lively house sour wheat ale. No kettles were soured in the making of this beer.

This be a tasty one! Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Beautiful reddish purple with a nice pink head and lacing initially that fades quickly. District and pleasant smell and taste of sour cherries. Biscuit and vanilla at the finish, along with a bit of citrus. A lot of pleasant stuff going on.

Slightly foggy yet beautiful ruby red with darker hues and a short but quick to die bubbly white head.
Funky cheese and toasty cracker with touches of butter on the nose fold in to notes of hay and tart cherry Jolly Rancher that sharpens the body before the softly expanding carbonation comes to a semi-dry finish, as a hint of key lime pie comes out on the exhale.
This series is becoming more and more a saison the longer they go with it, which is no complaint at all.
