12 OZ can
Served in a snifter
This beer pours black and is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves spotty lacing.
The smell is dark chocolate, anise, coffee
Black coffee and roasted malt flavor. Hints of chocolate. Black coffee and roasted malt bitterness in the finish
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
Solid traditional imperial stout. I almost forgot what these tasted like with all the barrel aging and adding of pastries.

Sampling a cellar temp 12 oz can poured into my snifter. Can is courtesy of a swap with @Artizen, Thank you!
The beer pours a cola brown to black coffee color with a creamy khaki colored head of about 1 cm. This foam fades to a sturdy surface layer soon after the pour. I do get scattered lattice on my glass when I swirl on take a sip of the beer. Looks the part of an imperial stout.
The aroma is some dark chocolate and roasted malt notes with a bit of black coffee too. Dont really get any hop hits on the aroma and the higher ABV (10%) is well hidden too. Overall the nose is more mild than I would have anticipated.
The first sip reveals a medium body with very smooth texture and very gentle and fine carbonation. Nice physical traits, and a bit of an easy drinker for 10% brew.
Flavor is what the nose predicts, I get dark chocolate, some light brown sugar, a bit of roasted malt and hints of sweetened coffee. More complex flavor than nose. Hops dont really show through and the ABV is also hidden.
I like this imperial stout, it is straight forward and the only part I would like improved is a more robust nose. Otherwise this is solid for a non adjunct imperial stout.

12oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours pitch black in color with a one-finger creamy khaki head that reduces to a ring around the glass
S- smells of roasted barley with undertones of char, coffee and black licorice
T- roasted malt gives bold notes of char and dark coffee. Mid-palate gives notes of black licorice, burnt caramel and chocolate. The finish adds some citrusy hops that pops out, before lingering of charred malt
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel that continues into a silky finish
O- bold and flavorful with enough hops to pop through at the end
