Overall Quaffable ipa lighter, good carbonation. On tap at the taproom. Good and so-so ideas together, time to go for the high abv stuff - their thing.

A good New England IPA but nothing distinguishing except maybe its aroma, which has some sweet flora characteristics. I do appreciate that its mouthfeel is on the less side of a typical NEIPA, that is low chalkiness.

Took a risk on a below 7% ipa. Which, is my goal-great taste less abv. The usual case for ipas are you need enough malts for balance often pushing abv up. Coming in at 6.5% it's no crusher. But still balanced! Plenty of malts with hop smells that take over. Great beer. Glad I took a chance on this one and will be re- turning for another visit.

Doesn't look or smell very good, besides the nice head and lacing but tastes really good! Can't believe this is only brewed once per year.

Canned on 7/16/21. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours a hazy pale yellow; fluffy eggshell white head that falls leaving nice retention and sticky lacing. The aromas have a nice amount of tropical fruits. Malts are there. The flavors basically follow the nose. More tropical fruits. Some peach, apricot, coconut and grapefruit coming through. Some crackers and breads. Some fresh grass in the mix. Solid bitterness. Soft sweetness. Malts do their thing. Finishes juicy. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy, smooth and slightly sharp.
This is a nice "New England IPA". Solid aromas and nice flavors. It has just about everything that you'd look for in the style. Well done.

Yet another great New England or hazy style IPA from Jackie O's, where they show how to really cook delicious brews.
It pours a perfect cloudy pale yellow with lovely fizz. The smell is not the usual stench you get from this style. Instead it is a treat, all lovely and sweet. The taste follows suit with a rich, well balanced hop and malt balance. It lingers on the tongue, wanting for more.
Highly recommended. Jackie O's has shown a mastery of this style and this is the best yet. Richer, fuller. I may have underrated it - it is an exceptional brew. My sample says it was canned three days ago. Cudos to my dealer, Wally and Sam at Saveon.
