Light goldenrod color, totally transparent. Minimal carbonation. Bright grilled pineapple and tart acidity on the front palate, with subtle ginger highlights and pepper that really only makes itself known as a minor occasional flavoring note and a light capsaicin tingle in the back of the mouth on the finish after repeated sips. Definitely not a "chile beer" with any sensation of heat. Very clean, with additional granny smith apple and jujube notes. Well balanced.

1 PINT 0.9 FL. OZ. bottle
Served in a tulip glass

This beer pours golden with a slight haze. It is topped with a mountain of eggshell head that leaves little lacing.

The smell is amazing. I get sour pineapple right away. The ginger is subtle. The habaneros are nonexistent. I really love how sour it smells.

The taste is very sour. Pineapple flavor is noticeable. Ginger is very subtle. I actually get a tiny amount of heat from the habaneros. Dry and mouthwateringly sour.

Medium bodied with a dry mouthfeel

This is way better than I anticipated which is nice for a change. I hope m bottle shop has some more left next time I visit.
